Effectiveness of the skipping rope
The effectiveness of using a skipping rope depends on a number of factors, such as the intensity and timing of your workout, your skipping technique, and your individual skills and training goal. In general, if you want to gain health and fitness benefits, it is recommended that you jump with a skipping rope for at least 10-15 minutes a day, 3-5 times a week.
