Exercises with rubber bands
There are many different exercises that can be performed with exercise rubber bands. Here are some examples:
1. squat with a rubber band: Stand with the rubber band around your thighs, holding it at thigh height. Perform a squat, keeping tension in the rubber band, and then return to the starting position.
2 - Rowing with rubber band: Stand in the middle of the rubber band, holding one end of the rubber band in each hand. Bend your knees and lean your torso forward. Then stretch your arms back, raising your elbows and tension the rubber band.
3 - Shoulder stretch with rubber band: Stand with the rubber band behind your back and hold the ends of the rubber band in both hands. Pull your shoulders back, stretching the rubber band and opening your chest.
4 Push-ups with rubber band: Arrange the rubber band around your back and hold the ends of the rubber band in your hands. Perform standard push-ups, keeping tension in the rubber at all times.
5. squat with jumping jacks with rubber band: Stand on the rubber band and fold it in half, holding the ends of the rubber band in both hands. Perform a squat and then do a jumping jack, straining the rubber band.
